       PER CURIAM.

       Defendant was charged by county attorney's information with the crime of Forgery as defined in section 718.1, Code 1962, in that he forged the name of the payee to a bank check for $277.95. He appeared with his attorney, pleaded guilty to the crime charged and was sentenced to an indeterminate term of not more than ten years in the state penitentiary at Fort Madison and to pay costs of the action. Defendant's appeal has been submitted on a clerk's transcript which reveals no error. The judgment is therefore

       Affirmed.
