Substitute information charging the defendant with the crimes of possession of cocaine with intent to sell, possession of cocaine and conspiracy to sell cocaine, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of New Haven and presented to the court, Damiani, J., on a plea of nolo contendere to the crime of possession of cocaine with intent to sell; judgment of guilty of that crime, from which the defendant appealed to this court Affirmed.
