Information charging the defendant with the crimes of possession of narcotics, sale of narcotics by a person who is not drug-dependent, possession of a controlled substance, and sale and manufacture of controlled substances, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Bridgeport, geographical area number two, and tried to the jury before Leavitt, J.; verdict and judgment of guilty of sale of narcotics by a person who is not drug-dependent and sale and manufacture of controlled substances, from which the defendant appealed to this court. No error.
