STATE OF LOUISIANA v. MICHAEL ROBERTSON

In Re: State of Louisiana, applying for supervisory writs, 19th Judicial District Court, Parish of East Baton Rouge, No. 07-12-0625. BEFORE: GUIDRY, HOLDRIDGE AND CHUTZ, JJ.

WRIT GRANTED. We find the trial court abused its discretion in ordering the State to disclose to the defense the prosecutor's handwritten notes, subject to redaction, of the State's second interview with the codefendant. Accordingly, the portion of the trial court's order compelling the State to produce the handwritten notes is reversed, and this matter is remanded for further proceedings.
