STATE OF LOUISIANA v. DOUGLAS ROBERTSON

In Re: Douglas Robertson, applying for supervisory writs, 19th Judicial District Court, Parish of East Baton Rouge, No. 07-03-0089. BEFORE: GUIDRY, THERIOT, AND PENZATO, JJ.

WRIT DENIED ON THE SHOWING MADE. Relator failed to include a copy of the district court's ruling on his motion, his bill of information, his habitual offender bill of information, all pertinent minute entries and/or transcripts, and any other portions of the district court record that might support the claims raised in his motion to correct an illegal sentence. If relator filed the instant motion with this court in the first instance, he should first seek relief in the district court.
