In re State of Louisiana, through the District Attorney, Harry F. Connick, applying for writs of certiorari, prohibition and mandamus. Juvenile Court. Parish of Orleans. No. 184-158 B.


Granted and remanded to Juvenile Court with instructions to trial judge to enter judgment in favor of the state and against the defendant. La.R.S. 14:75, State v. Spotville, 350 So.2d 1194, 1196 (La. 1977).

LEMMON, J., would deny the writ.
