    In Levenburg, we rejected the notion that the words "lewdness" and "assignation" are synonymous with the word "prostitution."

    A majority of the Court of Appeals reversed, holding "the Willis Show Bar is not a house of prostitution". 77 Mich. App. 41, 45; 257 N.W.2d 759 (1977). In Diversified, supra, this Court addressed the scope of the abatement statute in the course of determining the question of whether the statute was intended to apply to motion picture theaters exhibiting obscene movies.
