The following order has been entered on the motion filed on the 8th day of August 2007 by Defendant for Extension of Time to File Petition for Writ of Certiorari:
Motion Allowed. Defendant (Timothy Richardson) shall have up to and including the 26th day of September 2007 to file and serve his/her Petition for Writ of Certiorari with this Court. By order of the Court in conference this the 9th day of August 2007.
