STATE of Iowa, Plaintiff–Appellee, v. Cody Dean RADKE, Defendant–Appellant.

Appeal from the Iowa District Court for Polk County, Gregory D. Brant (suppression) and Carol L. Coppola (trial), Judges. Cody D. Radke appeals his convictions for possession of a controlled substance and theft in the third degree. AFFIRMED. Mark C.
