STATE of Iowa, Plaintiff–Appellee, v. Lonise Bernae PORTER, Defendant–Appellant.

Appeal from the Iowa District Court for Black Hawk County, George L. Stigler, Judge. A defendant contends her attorney was ineffective in failing to argue for withdrawal of two guilty pleas and in failing to argue the district court was bound to suspend her sentence. AFFIRMED.
