ORDER
¶1 Department II of the Court, composed of Chief Justice González and Justices Madsen, Stephens, Yu, and Whitener, considered at its June 4, 2021, Motion Calendar whether review should be granted pursuant to RAP 13.4(b) and unanimously agreed that the following order be entered.
¶2 IT IS ORDERED:
¶3 That the petition for review is granted and this case is remanded to the superior court for further consideration in light of Supreme Court No. 96873-0 — State of Washington v. Shannon B. Blake. The State's "Motion to Authorize Spokane County Superior Court to Enter an Order Vacating Judgment and Sentence Contingent on Disposition of Motion to Reconsider" is denied.
