ORDER
¶1 Department I of the Court, composed of Chief Justice Stephens and Justices Johnson, Owens, González, and Yu (Justice Madsen sat for Justice Yu), considered at its January 7, 2020, Motion Calendar whether review should be granted pursuant to RAP 13.4(b) and unanimously agreed that the following order be entered.
¶2 IT IS ORDERED:
¶3 That the petition for review is denied. Review of the issues raised by the Respondent in the cross-petition for review is also denied. The Respondent's motion to strike a portion of the reply to the cross-petition is granted.
