Stay order granted. Implementation of judgment dated February 11, 1992 is stayed pending timely application for supervisory writs and/or appeal (La.R.S. 13:4431-4432) to this Court. Status hearing for February 21, 1992 is stayed and all subpoenas for that hearing are quashed.
