Writ denied. Where defendant has an appointed or retained counsel, he is not entitled as of right to participate as pro se co-counsel. See United States v. Klee, 9 Cir., 494 F.2d 394, cert. denied 419 U.S. 835, 95 S.Ct. 62, 42 L.Ed.2d 61 (1974).
