In Re: Jessie Patton, applying for supervisory writs, 19th Judicial District Court, Parish of East Baton Rouge, Nos. 01-12-0252, 03-12-0983 and 11-11-0715.

BEFORE: GUIDRY, THERIOT AND DRAKE, JJ.

WRIT DENIED AS MOOT. The records of the East Baton Rouge Parish Clerk's Office reflect that on August 28, 2014, relator pled guilty in docket number 01-12-0252 to the amended charge of misdemeanor theft as to count I, and the State dismissed count II. The records further reflect that the State dismissed the charges in docket numbers 03-12-0983 and 11-11-0715.
