Substitute information charging the defendant with the crimes of assault in the first degree and conspiracy to commit assault in the first degree, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of New Haven and tried to the jury before Gormley, J.; verdict and judgment of guilty of aiding and abetting assault in the second degree and conspiracy to commit assault in the first degree, from which the defendant appealed to this court. Affirmed.
