BY ORDER OF THE COURT:

In accordance with the July 22, 2005, Mandate and instructions of the Florida Supreme Court by Opinion filed May 12, 2005, it is

ORDERED that the prior opinion and mandate of this Court issued in the above-styled cause are vacated and withdrawn. Moreover, the February 14, 2000, order of the Circuit Court for Brevard County, Florida dismissing with prejudice the petition seeking the involuntary civil commitment of the defendant is reversed and the cause is remanded for further proceedings consistent with the Opinion of the Supreme Court.
