ORDER

¶1 Department I of the Court, composed of Chief Justice González and Justices Johnson, Owens, Gordon McCloud, and Montoya-Lewis, considered at its June 4, 2021, Motion Calendar whether review should be granted pursuant to RAP 13.4(b) and unanimously agreed that the following order be entered.

¶2 IT IS ORDERED:

¶3 That the petition for review is granted only on the issue of the Petitioner's challenge to the constitutionality of the possession of controlled substances statute. This case is remanded to the superior court to vacate the conviction pursuant to this Court's decision in State of Washington v. Shannon B. Blake, 197 Wn.2d 170, 481 P.3d 521 (2021).
