Appeal from an order of the superior court for Spokane county, Webster, J., entered March 10, 1928, dismissing a prosecution for petit larceny. Affirmed.

This is a companion case to that of State v. Johnson, ante p. 456, 273 P. 532, and upon the authority of that case the judgment will be affirmed.
