ORDER

Dylan Mikkel Ohl seeks correction of this Court's August 10, 2021 Order remanding the Fourth Judicial District Court's October 5, 2020 Judgment with instructions to determine what "street time" should be awarded or otherwise state the reasons for the denial and to enter a Second Amended Judgment.

Having reviewed the motion, there being no objection, and good cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the first sentence of this Court's August 10, 2021 Order is CORRECTED nunc pro tunc to read as follows:

Dylan Mikkel Ohl appeals the Fourth Judicial District Court's October 5, 2020 Judgment revoking his sentence for criminal possession of dangerous drugs.

The Clerk is directed to provide a copy of this Order to the Clerk District of Court for Missoula County under Cause No. DC-12-485, to counsel of record, and to counsel for the Department of Corrections, and to provide a certified copy to the Records Department of the Department of Corrections for correction of its records.
