In re: Gordon Novel applying for writs of review, certiorari, mandamus and/or prohibition.


The application is denied. The showing made is not sufficient to warrant the exercise of our supervisory jurisdiction.

McCALEB, J., concurs in the refusal of the application since applicant has offered no proof to show that he was not within the jurisdiction of the Court when the amended affidavit was filed. Furthermore, applicant has not sustained irreparable injury at this time as a result of the ruling complained of.
