       PER CURIAM.

       Defendant was charged by information with the crime of tampering with a motor vehicle by removing a battery therefrom, in violation of section 321.78, Code, 1962. He entered a plea of guilty and was sentenced to serve 30 days in the Scott County jail as provided by section 321.482. Defendant appealed to this court and elected to submit the appeal on a clerk's transcript which reveals no error.

       Affirmed.
