ORDER
¶1 Department I of the Court, composed of Chief Justice González and Justices Johnson, Owens, Gordon McCloud, and Montoya-Lewis, considered at its May 7, 2024, Motion Calendar whether review should be granted pursuant to RAP 13.4(b) and unanimously agreed that the following order be entered.
¶2 IT IS ORDERED:
¶3 That the petition for review is granted only on the issue of the victim penalty assessment and the DNA fee. The case is remanded to the trial court for reconsideration of the victim penalty assessment in accordance with recent amendments to RCW 7.68.035, and the DNA fee in accordance with recent amendments to RCW 43.43.7541.
