STATE of Missouri, Respondent, v. David Edward MYERS, Appellant.

Dora Fichter, Jefferson City, MO, for Respondent. Jedd C. Schneider, Columbia, MO, for Appellant.

Dora Fichter, Jefferson City, MO, for Respondent.

Jedd C. Schneider, Columbia, MO, for Appellant.

Division Three: Karen King Mitchell, Presiding Judge, Alok Ahuja, Judge and Edward R. Ardini, Jr., Judge

ORDER

PER CURIAM:

David Myers appeals his convictions for murder in the second degree and armed criminal action entered by the Circuit Court of Boone County after a jury trial. Myers argues that the trial court abused its discretion or plainly erred by admitting certain evidence at trial. Finding no error, we affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have instead provided a memorandum of law to the parties. Rule 30.25(b).
