In re: Walter Moses applying for writs of certiorari, review, prohibition, mandamus and for a stay order. Parish of Orleans.


Denied.

DIXON and DENNIS, JJ., concur in the denial. The trial judge has the authority to order the case to trial. If the District Attorney does not present evidence, or nol pros the case, the defendant will be acquitted. The trial judge has the authority to protect the defendant's right to a speedy trial.
