Granted. There must be a hearing on the motion to recuse Judge Augustine, who must refer the motion to another judge. C.Cr.P. 675.

SANDERS, C. J., dissents from granting of the writ, being of opinion that the showing is inadequate.

SUMMERS, J., dissents from the granting of this writ. The showing made does not warrant the exercise of this Court's supervisory jurisdiction.
