       PER CURIAM.

       Defendant was indicted, tried before court and jury and convicted of the crime of breaking and entering as defined by section 708.8, Code, 1958. He was sentenced to an indeterminate term not exceeding ten years in the men's reformatory at Anamosa. His appeal comes to us upon a clerk's transcript which reveals no reversible error. Hence the judgment is

       Affirmed.
