On April 11, 2023, appellant, the State of Texas, filed a motion for extension of time to file its brief and to consolidate this appeal with twenty-one other appeals for purposes of briefing. On April 21, 2023, we issued an order granting the motion in part as to the State's request for an extension of time, and we held under advisement the State's motion as to its request to consolidate. After due consideration, we DENY IN PART the State's motion as to its request to consolidate.
