IN RE: THEODORE, J. MITCHELL, APPLYING FOR SUPERVISORY WRITS, WRITS OF CERTIORARI, PROHIBITION AND MANDAMUS.


Writ refused. Relator has an adequate remedy for review in the event of conviction.


While I doubt that the conduct charge violates the statute, I agree that the statute itself is not unconstitutional.
