Writ granted. It is ordered that deposition of relator be taken within forty eight (48) hours; otherwise, relator should be released on reasonable bail.
SUMMERS, C. J. I would not interfere with the exercise of the discretion vested in the trial judge in this matter. Accordingly, I dissent.
