In Re: Eugene D. McKnight, applying for supervisory writs, 22nd Judicial District Court, Parish of St. Tammany, Nos. 520117, 520118, 520119, 520120.

BEFORE: PETTIGREW, McDONALD AND McCLENDON, JJ.

WRIT DENIED. Although relator filed the writ application beyond the return date set by the district court, relator's claims were reviewed and found to be without merit. Accordingly, the district court did not err in denying the application for postconviction relief.
