Denied. La. Code Criminal Procedure art. 841 does not apply but the result is correct.


There was no violation of the contemporaneous objection rule. However, the defense attorney cites the transcript of the preliminary hearing for the very statements which he seeks in the Brady motion. He already has what he seeks.
