From Vanderburgh Circuit Court; Joseph H. Iglehart, Special Judge.

Harlan B. McCoy, judge of the Evansville City Court, was indicted on a charge of misfeasance in office, and filed a plea in abatement to said charge. The State filed a demurrer thereto, which was overruled, and the State appealed. Affirmed. By the court in banc.
