Before the Court is the State's Motion to File Direct-Appeal Record into hapter 64 DNA Appeal. The State requests that the reporter's record originally iled in his direct appeals from his convictions be filed in these appeals under hapter 64 of the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure.

The appeals from appellant's convictions were transferred to, heard by, and decided by the Amarillo Court of Appeals. The Amarillo Court has transferred the reporter's record for these appeals to this Court.

We GRANT the State's motion, and we DIRECT the Clerk to file the reporter's record into these appeals.

We ORDER the State's brief filed within thirty days of the date of this order.
