UNPUBLISHED OPINION

Submitted February 1, 2012

Appeal From Anderson County, R. Lawton McIntosh, Circuit Court Judge

Appellate Defender Kathrine H. Hudgins, of Columbia; and Anthony L. Mattison, pro se, for Appellant.

Attorney General Alan Wilson, Chief Deputy Attorney General John W. McIntosh, and Assistant Deputy Attorney General Salley W. Elliott, all of Columbia; and Solicitor Christina T. Adams, of Anderson, for Respondent.

PER CURIAM

Anthony L. Mattison appeals his conviction for possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine, arguing the trial court erred in admitting evidence of drugs when the State failed to establish a proper chain of custody. After a thorough review of the record and briefs pursuant to Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738 (1967), and State v. Williams, 305 S.C. 116, 406 S.E.2d 357 (1991), we dismiss the appeal and grant counsel's motion to be relieved.

We decide this case without oral argument pursuant to Rule 215, SCACR.

APPEAL DISMISSED.

FEW, C.J., HUFF and SHORT, JJ., concur.
