IN RE: ANTHONY J. LUCERO, JR., APPLYING FOR WRITS OF CERTIORARI, MANDAMUS AND PROHIBITION.


Application denied. The trial judge has not abused his discretion.

BARHAM and TATE, JJ., are of the opinion that the order should be modified so as to require the examination in Lake Charles so as to avoid endangering the applicant's life.
