The state's petition for certification to appeal from the Appellate Court, 181 Conn. App. 37, 186 A.3d 39 (2018), is granted, limited to the following issue:

"Did the Appellate Court properly conclude that the defendant's conviction for breach of the peace in the second degree had to be reversed in light of the holding in State v. Baccala, 326 Conn. 232, 163 A.3d 1, cert. denied, U.S., 138 S. Ct. 510, 199 L.Ed. 2d 408 (2017) ?"
