Appeal from the Iowa District Court for Cerro Gordo County, Gerald Magee, Judge. Defendant appeals the district court's ruling denying his motion to suppress and the ruling denying his motion for reconsideration. AFFIRMED IN PART, REVERSED IN PART, AND REMANDED WITH DIRECTIONS.
