Order

Per Curiam: Mr. Kevin Lambert appeals from the judgment entered by the Circuit Court of Boone County, Missouri, following a jury trial in which he was found guilty of murder in the second degree and armed criminal action. On appeal, Mr. Lambert asserts evidentiary error he claims warrants reversal. After a careful review of the record on appeal, we find no error and affirm the judgment in accordance with Rule 30.25(b). We have provided the parties an unpublished legal memorandum explaining today's ruling because a published opinion would serve no jurisprudential purpose.
