       PER CURIAM.

       Defendant was charged by county attorney's information with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated in violation of section 321.281, Code, 1962, I.C.A. He pleaded not guilty, was tried before court and jury, found guilty and sentenced to pay a fine of $300 and costs or be committed to the county jail for 30 days. Defendant's appeal comes to us upon a clerk's transcript which reveals no error. Hence the judgment is

       Affirmed.
