STATE v. KLINE, Robert Grant
In accordance ORAP 8.05(2), the attorney for the petitioner on review has notified this court that petitioner has died. Petitioner's attorney moves this court to dismiss the appeal, vacate the decision of the Court of Appeals, and vacate the judgment of conviction. The state has been contacted and does not oppose the motion. The motion is granted. The decision of the Court of Appeals is vacated. The trial court's judgment of conviction is vacated. The appeal is dismissed. Review Dismissed.
