STATE OF LOUISIANA v. BOBBY D. KIMBLE


In Re: Bobby D. Kimble, applying for supervisory writs, 19th Judicial District Court, Parish of East Baton Rouge, No. 06-06-0190. BEFORE: PETTIGREW, WELCH, AND CHUTZ, JJ.

WRIT DENIED. The Clerk of Court of East Baton Rouge Parish has no record of receiving an "Application and Order for Writ of Habeas Corpus, Nun Pro Tunc" (allegedly filed on October 3, 2014). Relator should file the motion with the clerk of court of the district court before seeking relief from this Court.
