Substitute information charging the defendant with ten counts of the crime of sexual assault in the first degree, two counts each of the crimes of sexual assault in the fourth degree, kidnapping in the first degree and threatening, and with the crimes of attempt to commit sexual assault in the first degree and interference with a search, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of New London and tried to the jury before Koletsky, J.; verdict and judgment of guilty, from which the defendant appealed to this court. Affirmed.
