STATE OF LOUISIANA v. PAMELA KENDRICK

In Re: Pamela Kendrick, applying for supervisory writs, 19th Judicial District Court, Parish of East Baton Rouge, No. 12-13-0340. BEFORE: GUIDRY, McCLENDON AND DRAKE, JJ.

WRIT DENIED. The video recording of the traffic stop reflects that relator did not place any explicit limitations on the scope of the search. See Florida v. Jimeno, 500 U.S. 248, 251, 111 S.Ct. 1801, 1804, 114 L.Ed.2d 297 (1991). Accordingly, the trial court did not err in denying the motion to suppress the evidence.
