       PER CURIAM.

       Defendant was charged by information with the crime of securing beer illegally, he being a minor, in violation of section 124.20, Code 1962, I.C.A. He pleaded not guilty, was tried, found guilty and, as authorized by Code section 124.37, I.C.A., was sentenced to five days in the county jail. Defendant's appeal comes to us upon a clerk's transcript which reveals no error. Hence the judgment is

       Affirmed.
