STATE of Missouri, Respondent, v. Brian Austin KELLEY, Appellant.

Evan J. Buchheim, Jefferson City, for Respondent Ellen H. Flottman, for Appellant

Evan J. Buchheim, Jefferson City, for Respondent

Ellen H. Flottman, for Appellant

Division Three: Anthony Rex Gabbert, Presiding Judge, Edward R. Ardini, Jr., Judge and W. Douglas Thomson, Judge

ORDER

PER CURIAM: Brian Kelley appeals his convictions for one count of domestic assault in the first degree and two counts of domestic assault in the fourth degree. He claims in three points on appeal that the trial court plainly erred in omitting a cross-reference to the general self-defense instruction in the verdict director for each count he was found guilty of committing. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum has been provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 30.25(b).
