STATE of Louisiana v. Glynn JUNIORS a/k/a Glynn Juniors, Jr.


Writ application granted. See per curiam.

PER CURIAM:

Writ granted. The court of appeal correctly determined that venue is in the Fifteenth Judicial District Court. In the interests of judicial economy, we grant the application and transfer the matter to the Fifteenth Judicial District Court, where Judge Snowdy is assigned as a judge ad hoc to preside over the matter entitled "State of Louisiana vs. Glynn Juniors" pursuant to the order dated January 11, 2007.

We further order the trial court to conduct an in camera inspection of the sealed records, which are the subject of the applicant's motion. To ensure an adequate record for appellate review, the trial court is ordered to conduct a contradictory hearing on applicant's motion to obtain sealed records, and thereafter issue a written ruling and reasons for the ruling.
