Opinion

No. 60740.

October 7, 1977.

IN RE: DENNIS JOHNSON, APPLYING FOR WRITS OF CERTIORARI, PROHIBITION, MANDAMUS AND STAY ORDER.

Writ not considered. Not timely filed.

The initial delay within which to file this application expired on September 1st. An extension was not granted until September 28th. Although I disagree with the interpretation we have held that the trial court does not have jurisdiction to grant an extension after one initial or properly extended delay has expired.
