STATE OF LOUISIANA v. ERROL JOHNSON


In Re: Errol Johnson, applying for supervisory writs, 32nd Judicial District Court, Parish of Terrebonne, Temporary No. 679,576. BEFORE: McCLENDON, WELCH, AND THERIOT, JJ.

WRIT GRANTED IN PART AND DENIED IN PART. The district court is instructed to proceed toward disposition of relator's Motion to Quash, filed November 14, 2017. The Clerk of Court of Terrebonne Parish has no record of receiving a "701-Motion for Speedy Trial" (allegedly filed on April 10, 2015). Relator should file the motion with the clerk of court of the district court before seeking relief from this court.
