       PER CURIAM.

       Appellant was indicted for the crime of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, third offense, as defined in section 321.281, Code 1958, I.C.A. He pleaded not guilty, was tried before court and jury, found guilty and sentenced to a term of three years in the men's penitentiary at Fort Madison. His appeal comes to us upon a clerk's transcript which reveals no reversible error. Hence the judgment is

       Affirmed.
